SoulCollage® is an expressive arts method which joins creativity, psychology and spirituality and guides you in creating a hand-crafted, deck of collage cards unique to your personal soul. These cards become a treasured, visual journal representing many different aspects of yourself. No two decks are alike. SoulCollage® cards can be used in unlimited ways for personal growth and self-discovery.
There are typically four different suits in a SoulCollage® deck. Using images, intuition and imagination you create cards which represents your different inner personality parts (Committee); people, places and things in your life that have helped to shape you into the person you are today (Community); your physical energies and instincts (Companion); and the mysterious archetypal energies that guide and challenge you (Council).
Over time and play with your cards you will get to know them and yourself more deeply. There will be eye-opening and “ah ha” moments. And the words, “that is so weird!” is known to be heard repeatedly throughout SoulCollage® groups. You do NOT have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. In fact, the beauty of each card is in the meaning it holds for the maker, not in how it looks to others. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice!
Creating SoulCollage® cards is great fun, but working and playing with them takes things to a whole new level! The “I Am One Who” process (shown below) helps you to give voice to the images in your cards. You will find that your cards have much to say and powerful stories of their own to tell.
The method of SoulCollage was created by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Seena Frost. It started as a class project during a course Seena was taking from 1986-1989. In the years following, through her own psychotherapy practice, Seena further developed the method into what it is today - a unique, meaningful practice for self-expression and self-discovery used all over the world.
SoulCollage® can be done individually, and is also great fun experienced in community with others.

Me: What message do you have for me?
Giant: You make a DIFFERENCE in the world. You MATTER. You BELONG. Regardless of whether or not you believe yourself to be the hero in your story, you are IMPORTANT - In your current life story and in the universal story of all time. You do not live in this world alone. Let the work of others SUPPORT you, MOTIVATE you and CARRY you.
Me: What Challenges do you bring?
Giant: I beckon you to this unmarked journal. I challenge you to co-author your own story with intention. To share more of yourself with the world - the light AND the shadow.
Me: What do you need from me?
Giant: I need you to take a step outside of your story to see how you contribute to the larger story. You can’t do this if you stay stuck inside a story that was written for you. I need you to stand tall with your head up. You can bring with you a handbag full of lessons learned. And a hat to shield your eyes from the brightness of what is to come (or even just for style!). I need you to walk arm in arm with your shadow because it is only in your embrace, that your shadow will find light. I need you to make marks - many of them - in the world. And PLEASE be sure to wear comfortable shoes!
